Otways-Ocean Road Ride, 1 day – 120 km: Apollo Bay to Barwon Heads;
Leaving Apollo Bay, the Great Ocean Road twists, climbs, descends and winds in a fascinating rhythm as it follows the rugged coastline of the southern ocean. You can hear the waves crash onto the rocks below as you ride one of the world’s great scenic roads through national park and the tourist towns of Lorne, Airey’s Inlet and Anglesea, through the surf-coast capital of Torquay on to your destination at Barwon Heads.
Again, for the more leisurely cyclist, this ride can be customised to a two day ride, with an overnight stay in Lorne or Airey’s Inlet.
